What it’s Like To Be on a Bombing Raid

Last December, I met four of the last five living Doolittle Raiders. It was an amazing experience. I loved their stories. As I reflected back on them, and thought about what I have learned about start up investing, the Doolittle Raiders had a lot in common with The Lean Start Up.

The Raiders weren’t concerned with shooting a lot of footage. But, later in the war, other bombing raids did shoot a lot of footage. This one is 36 minutes long and gives you a pretty good taste of what it was like to fly into the heat of a battle, drop your load and go home.

The video is 36 minutes long, something to do on a lazy Sunday.
