Remember that Nigerian Prince who just needed your bank account information to be able to get his multimillion dollar fortune safely out of his country, and he was willing to give you a big chunk of it if you let him park it in your account for just a couple of days? It was an idea so stupid on its face, you had to wonder if anyone was dumb enough to fall for it. But someone must have, or else the crooks behind it wouldn’t have done it for so long (they still do it, occasionally). It’s enough to sap your faith in humanity. So is the fact that people still give their hard-earned money to Democrats.
I’m not talking about the mega-rich billionaire donor class that controls the Democratic Party, they give for the same reason you put new tires on your car – you bought it, you own it, and you need to keep it running in as close to top condition as possible. Do you have any idea how expensive it is to buy a political party? Think about the hundreds of millions, if not billions, George Soros spent electing Democrats at every level of government, from District Attorney all the way up to president.
And George Soros is not alone. The left whines about Elon Musk and his wealth helping elect Republicans, but the Kamala Harris campaign raised (and set on fire) at least six times as much money, and that’s not counting the additional hundreds of millions or billions raised to elect Democrats not named Kamala Harris. They were lousy with money. They were also simply lousy.
You’d think the average person giving them money – the people to whom $50 matters – would hold off on parting with that cash until the party stopped doing the things that caused all that previous money to be burned up in the first place.
You would think that, anyway.

Yet, the machine of left-wing fundraising churns on.
Nancy Pelosi, one of the worst, most corrupt and disgusting creatures to ever walk upright, is asking for only $5. This person, who has amassed hundreds of millions of dollars in personal wealth while doing “public service,” just needs your money to help her maintain her grip on power.
Her email opens, “In a moment, I’m going to give you five reasons why you should chip in $5 to renew your 2025 Team Pelosi Membership. But if you’re short on time, would you consider rushing $5 right now to ensure Democrats have the financial resources to RECLAIM our House Majority and hold Trump ACCOUNTABLE? I’m asking 5 Democrats from your ZIP code to step up before our FINAL End of Week Deadline of the year.”
Is it wrong to tell someone to “drop dead”?
It closes, “Now, I need just 5 of my top supporters from your ZIP code to rush in $5 before our FINAL End of Week Deadline of the year to help gather the resources to build an unbeatable Democratic operation, TAKE BACK the House, and ensure we can put a CHECK on Trump’s power. That’s why I’m personally asking: Will you renew your 2025 Team Pelosi Membership right away?”
I never had a “membership,” as I wouldn’t give Pelosi a penny if it were for a gallon of water while she was on fire, so “renewing” isn’t an option. These people don’t even try to make sense.
Hakeem Jeffries, the sock puppet Pelosi installed as a DEI face to show Democrats are diverse, is also begging for cash. He’s telling supporters fighting Trump is so important and “that’s why I’m working to build the strongest base of grassroots support possible -- so that we can hit the ground running and rush critical resources to the districts that will decide who controls the House for years to come. Is there any way I could count on you to secure your 2025 Democratic Membership before the end-of-year deadline? It would mean so much.”
Who falls for this crap?
A lot of people, apparently.
Even the Obama’s are in on this grift, sucking cash out of anyone dumb enough to believe in them. Personally, I’d feel guilty having amassed a personal fortune of hundreds of millions while hitting up normal people to fund my “foundation.” (WTF does the Obama Foundation do, anyway?)
Barry and his merry band of con artists ask, “I’ve been looking at the most recent data, and I’ll be candid with you: we’re not where we’d hoped to be at this point in the year. We rely on grassroots supporters like you to fund The Foundation’s important work–and I’m asking for your support today to help turn this around. There’s still time to make a matching gift by the end of year deadline, and it would mean so much for the work that we’ll be able to do in 2025. Can we count on you, Derek?”
No, you can’t. Unless you’re talking about opposing you and everything you stand for.
These people are gross, in every way a person can be. And those who give them their hard-earned money, or use their credit cards to do it, are idiots. Will they ever wake up, or will they just go further woke? As long as they lose, I can’t bring myself to care.
