Bob Livingston was the first Republican to represent Louisiana’s First PCongressional District in 102 years. Prior to his 22 years serving in Congress, Livingston earned Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate degrees from Tulane University and is a graduate of the Loyola University Institute of Politics.
