"So much of life is lived like parallel lines that never cross," said Johnny Rumbough, SBCADOM president and director of missions for the Lexington Baptist Association in South Carolina. "Life-on-life missional living is about lines that cross. Common daily occurrences of life can become extraordinary God-size missional opportunities."

Kevin Ezell, president of the North American Mission Board, will speak on "Reaching North America." Tom Elliff, president of the International Mission Board, will address "To the Ends of the Earth."

Other confirmed speakers for the DOMs' sessions include O.S. Hawkins, president of GuideStone Financial Resources; Wanda Lee, executive director of the Woman's Missionary Union; Aaron Coe, North American Mission Board vice president of mobilization; Stan Albright, NAMB's national director for associations; Neal Hughes, NAMB's southern regional mobilizer; Robert Williamson, director of missions for South Carolina's Edgefield Baptist Association; and Tim Pruit, church planting catalyst and director of missions for Arizona's Gila Valley Baptist Association.

Breakout sessions will cover topics such as Best Practices, Ministry of Prayer, Effective Tools, and Future Scenarios.

DOMs at the Houston meeting will vote on an SBCADOM restructuring, which would involve tripling the number of associational and denominational leaders in the organization.

"Representatives from some of our denomination entities will be invited to serve in a leadership role and will, consequently, a seat at the organization's 'leadership table,'" Rumbough said.
